And so it continues £287.50 down last weekend. Maybe the betting Gods are trying to tell me something. I am somewhat of an Agnostic so I am not listening. Like just before the big win, the betting strategy I have been adopting is pretty much all or nothing. Nothing can legislate for the number of poor outcomes. I am putting some down to bad luck and some through poor choices. NAPS are now 13 out of 27, which seems a little embarrassing. I hope to get this back up to 50%. 1 from 4 last week and the winner was the game with the least amount on.
I have had some technical issues this week as I have smashed my mobile phone. This wasn't through frustration at the recent losses. This weeks games have been researched as normal but the blog may be a little shorter due to time constraints. Various outside interferences have hindered the betting blog. The tips are still posted but very brief snapshots.
Premier League – Stoke Vs Hull. Stoke at even money (William Hill) are good value. I can't see Hull getting 3 wins on the bounce and Stoke have a great record against Hull. This is the only game that stands out for me in the Premier League.
The Championship – Rotherham NAP Vs Millwall. Rotherham are 5/4 (William Hill) and they have produced good results at home recently. Millwall are finding it tough and I think Rotherham will put some light between the two teams at the bottom.
League One – Bristol City Vs Rochdale. Bristol are 4/5 (William Hill) and are 5 points clear. After a recent blip I think they will be back on track soon enough.
League Two – Burton Vs Newport. Burton are 19/20 (William Hill) and I don't think Jimmy Floyd's side will lose two on the trot.
League Cup Final – Simple as Chelsea to beat Spurs 7/10 (Ladbrokes).
It has happened again where I have picked one team from each league. Again, this has not been a conscious decision, it has just been how the matches have fallen.
