December 13th betting tips

We had mixed success last week, with both my singles landing, but none of the other 3 teams for the accy did. Not the best week, but as it goes i still came out in profit which sees the season long profit rise to well over £500, with season long bets still to come…. Not too shabby. This week i have picked out 5 teams that I fancy in various forms and will talk you through these.

The Premier League is a battlefield this weekend. There are a lot of games that I think will be tight on Saturday. The only game I really fancy is Manchester City to beat Leicester. City are on a great run of form, and despite the loss of Ageuro to injury, they still managed to win 2-0 in Rome, and that was without Toure, Silva and Kompany too! Toure will definitely be back, as maybe Kompany and Silva. To be honest Man City don't need them, as i think their reserves would still be too much for Leicester at this time. They are rock bottom of the league, and leak goals for fun at the moment. Man City are only 1/2 in this match, which is too short for a single, but will make up the first part of this weeks 4-fold and lucky 15 bets.

The Championship has 2 games of interest with one of my bet of the days and also an outside bet that i like the look of. Firstly, lets start with Watford. This is one of my bets of the day. The Hornets impressed me with their 5-0 demolition of Fulham last week, and with the striking prowess of Troy Deeney and Matty Vydra up top, they will trouble any defence in the division. Granted, this result came on the backdrop of a number of losses, but i believe this will be a big confidence boost and show they have turned the corner. We also have to factor in the form and league position of their opponents Wigan. Wigan have won 1 away game all season, not won in 6 games and have lost their last 3 away games. They sit 23rd in the league and must be very low in confidence. Watford are 11/10 to win this and i make this my first single of the day, and the second leg of my 4-fold. The other bet tomorrow in the Championship that i like the look of is Derby to win at Boro. Boro have been in decent form recently and i know a lot of people like them. I don't personally rate them that highly and think that Derby are the better team. Derby did well for me last week, and at 5/2 i am going to have a little punt on this as an outside bet.

Watford to beat Wigan £50 @ 11/10 with William Hill

Derby to beat Middlesborough £25 5/2 with Bet Victor

League 1 this week didn't really offer me much inspiration to be honest. I looked at a couple of games, namely Oldham to beat Yeovil and Scunthorpe to beat Crewe. However, neither of these games I felt were good enough and sure enough to lump on. Scunthorpe's inconsistencies put me off, despite the oppositions woeful league form. In the Oldham game, i like he look of Oldhams form, as they are unbeaten in 8 at home, and Yeovil have only won 2 in their last 10 home and away. Moreover, Oldham have only won 5/9 at home and at 4-6 the odds don't really float my boat. As a result i have left League 1 alone this week.

League 2 sees my second single of the day, and also my 3rd and 4th legs of my accy. The single comes in the form of Burton Albion. Burton entertain bottom of the table Hartlepool, and i can only see 1 result here. Burton have new management and are in pretty good form, that would see them favorites to beat most in the division. Burton have won 6/9 at home this season in the league including beating Luton in their last home game. What makes this game safe to bet on for me is the opposition. I backed Hartlepool to be relegated at the beginning of the season, and they haven't let me down. They are currently on 12 points from 19 games and have lost 7/9 away from home. Burton are 3/4 to win this and this i'm all over as both my bet of the day and also the 3rd leg of my accy. The final bet of my accy is for Exeter to beat Carlisle. Carlisle have also lost 7/9 away from home this season and have the worst away from in the league. Exeter have been in  a strong run of form and are unbeaten in 8. Exeter are 5-4 to win this and i was close to putting this as a single also but have chosen to just add them to my 4-fold.

Burton Albion to beat Hartlepool £75 @ 3/4 William Hill

Manchester City, Watford, Burton and Exeter all to win. £20 4-fold 12.42 Bet Victor and 15 £4 bets in Lucky 15 (£60 stake).

good luck.
