Betting Tips November 15th

I entered last weekend with some trepidation.  I did say I wasn't confident and you should tread carefully.  Takes my NAP total to just 10 from 13 now.  All things considered, a loss of £35 for the Saturday fixtures wasn't too bad.

Premier league last week was as I thought and not many goals.  Southampton and Man Utd managed to win at just under even money.  It's a rest for the Premier boys and The Championship this weekend due to the international fixtures.  The least said about the FA Cup tips last weekend the better.  I can't see any value at all in the Internationals apart from I have backed the Germany game to be less than 8.5 goals, this is in running as I type so I won't include this on the spreadsheet.

It leaves me with the lower two English leagues to go at.  League one sees rampant away team Rochdale at 13/8 (BetFred) to beat Port Vale.  The odds seem good and Rochdale are great on the road.  Port Vale have picked up 11 points from 8 games at home this season.  Rochdale must be considered.  Preston 7/10 (William Hill) against a woeful Bradford team.  Despite this been a bit lower odds than I would normally NAP, I can't see past Preston in this one.  They have had a lot of games on the road lately and they will be glad to get back to Deepdale.

League Two –  Plymouth and Portsmouth is an interesting game.  Plymouth are just nicking low scoring games and Portsmouth games have goals in them.  This is the early kick off of the day and I can see Plymouth sneaking this one.  Odds of 13/10 for Plymouth (Bet 365) are good enough to tempt me with a little flutter on them.  Accrington are away to Carlisle and are a fantastic price at 5/2 (BetFred)  or a more conservative 6/4 (William Hill) for Draw No Bet.  Whilst Carlisle have taken 9 points from the last 6 games they have beat the bottom 2 and a poor Oxford team.  The 5/2 is a great price and I won't be losing out on it.  Luton Vs Tranmere and Luton are 6/5 (William Hill).  This makes me very suspicious.  The most in form team (over the last 6 games) against the worst.  How can you turn Luton down at that price?  Although this is reminiscent of the other week when Walsall turned over Notts County at  price (for County) that most thought was too good to be true.

Darts – Taylor is absolutely flying in the Grand Slam and I have had £100 at 6/4 Skybet (Quarter Final Stages) that he wins it outright.  MVG is a little off form and Taylor looks pumped.

My apologies for a slightly shorter post than most weeks (although some of you may be relieved), but there are not enough games to be getting my teeth into.  That said, I have picked out quite a few nice tasty tit-bits to be having a good punt on.

MY BETS

Taylor to win Grand Slam – £100 Skybet at 6/4

Rochdale – £25 Betfred at 13/8

Preston – £75 William Hill at 7/10

Plymouth – £25 Bet365 at 13/10

Accrington – £50 BetFred at 5/2

Luton – £75 William Hill at 6/5

Good Luck, some beautiful prices to be had this week.  Enjoy.
