I start this week with a rugby bet. I think Wales -9 to beat France at evens is a great bet. Wales were decent against Scotland. France have played absolutely shockingly and were lucky the Irish collapsed. I think Wales will beat them by a couple of trys.

The early kick off is West Ham vs Sunderland. They are at opposite ends of the table with West Ham not far off a Europa League place and Sunderland battling for relegation. Sunderland come off the back off a win against Manchester United in the league. They haven't been playing too badly recently. West Ham have played well in the Cup but their league form has been a bit indifferent now. I think the value is on Sunderland at 4.8 at Bet Victor

Leicester were unlucky to lose to Arsenal. The sending off changed the game. Norwich stopped their run of 6 losses in a row with a 2-2 draw against West Ham. They were 2-0 up as well. I think Leicester will ease this. Still think odds on Leicester are wrong. If this was City or Arsenal I'm sure the odds would be like 1.3 on the home win. Interesting odds here. I'd have gone 13/8 (2.63) both sides. I don't think Arsenal should be favourites. Man U have a decent side and will want to make amends for the 2-1 loss at Sunderland. Arsenal were fortunate to beat Leicester. They had a bruising game against Barcelona too whereas Man U played an alternative side for their European game. Man U +0.25 is 1.9 at Bet365. You get paid out at 1.45 if its a draw and 1.9 if Man U win.
