30th August Betting Tips

Having mentioned the good double at 1.8 for Spurs and Chelsea I got a little greedy (again).  My fingers keep getting burnt by going for the bigger money doubles and trebles. I am like a blind man in a dark room looking for a black hat that's not there when it comes to the doubles and trebles.  On a brighter note I am 3 from 3 on my NAPS (5.6 accumulative odds).  Let's hope that we can keep the NAPS going.  This week I am adopting a slightly different strategy.  I am picking my usual nap and then adding only one more team.  One Single at £100 and one double at £50.  So, here goes……………..

Millwall Vs Blackpool (Millwall to win at 5/6 with Hills) NAP

Whilst Millwall seem to be doing better on the road than at home.  Last season Millwall beat Blackpool 3-1 at home.  The side Holloway left at Blackpool only has one player that was there under his charge.  Despite this, I can see Holloway wanting to do a number on his former club.  Millwall will make lots of changes to the two nil defeat to Southampton.  I really can't see this being the game where Blackpool pick up their first points of the season.  Blackpool still have several players out and their season is going to be all up hill.

Doncaster Vs Oldham (Doncaster to win at 13/10)

Doncaster have got off to a good start, apart from their 3-1 home defeat to Port Vale.  Dickov will have tightened up defensively with all the goals coming from set pieces.  The price is excellent and this is a big reason why I am including them in my double this week.  I think if Doncaster can keep in form striker Jonathan Forte at bay then it could be a comfortable victory.

My bets

£100 Millwall to win (5/6 with Hills)

£50 Double Millwall and Doncaster  (4.21 with Hills)
